Coming Soon: Belgian Ale Home Brew Review

This was the first time I have ever been (slightly) involved in a home brewing process, so I thought it would be appropriate to take some photos and share them here on the blog. It was quite an experience and I’m pretty excited to taste how it turns out.

  1. It looks like you are pouring caramel into that vat. I await the finished product.

  2. Its been a week and the fermentation process is underway. From day 2 to day 4 it was bubbling pretty good in the air lock. Now its at a slow pace.. We will be transferring the batch from the primary to the secondary fermenter as the next step – that may be in a few days or a few weeks, depending on what we find to be the best suggestion.

During those first few days the fermenting beer smelled amazing! Very fruity and delicious.
