  1. Definitely down for the 17th or 18th.

  2. I second that mortion, considering my classes are all finished on the 16th and I should be back in town to meet up and discuss the tasty possibilities.

  3. Sounds good.

  4. How does the 17th work for everyone?

  5. Sorry guys I was away for the week. 17th sounds good to me. Any ideas about what type of beer to make?

    • A heartier, winter-type ale would be sweet. The winter is yet to come, and having a delicious, strong homebrew on hand for the coming cold would be… most excellent?

P.S. Any supplies we should bring?

  6. Okay, so far in my recipe clone book I have found a few that might be of interest..

Samuel Smith’s Winter Welcome – 6.7% (ready after its carbonated)
Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout – 4.8% (ready after its carbonated)
Edelweiss Dunkel Weissbier – 5.2% (ready after its carbonated)
    St Peter’s Old-Style Porter – 5% (ready after 1 month)
Rochefort 8 (can also do the 10) – 9.3% (ready after 2 months)
Chimay Blue Grand Reserve – 9% (ready after 3 months, probably needs a long damn time though)
King and Barnes Christmas Ale – 8% (ready after 5 months)

    Everyone please cast a vote!
